He was born in Greeley to Mike and Mary Ann. Mr. Lopez was a food inspector with the Federal Government USDA for 14 years. Palmer proudly served our country in the U.S. Marines during the Persian Gulf War. Serving for nine years he received an honorable discharge as a sergeant.Palmer is survived by his beloved children, Celeste Lopez, Larissa Lopez, Frank Lopez; and stepdaughter, Angelina Cevallos.
